Please rest assured that your payment information is handled with the utmost security measures to protect your privacy and prevent any unauthorized access.

To ensure a smooth payment experience, we implement a two-step process with credit card payments. Initially, the ordered amount is temporarily frozen on your card when the order is placed. Once your goods are prepared and shipped, the payment is finalized, and the corresponding amount is deducted from your card. You will receive an invoice via email upon shipping to keep track of your purchase.

Please note that firearms and ammunition cannot be paid for using Credit Card payment!

VAT Exemption

If you have a valid VAT ID, you can enter it in your profile settings on our website. By providing your valid VAT ID, the VAT (Value Added Tax) will be automatically removed from your purchases, ensuring a seamless process for our business customers. This feature helps streamline transactions for customers who are eligible for VAT exemption.

We prioritize the security, convenience, and flexibility of our payment methods to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any questions or require assistance with payments, our dedicated customer support team is always ready to help.

Please note that all payment information and processes mentioned above are subject to our privacy and security policies, which are designed to safeguard your data and protect your interests throughout the payment journey.

Invoice and Order Confirmation

Upon shipping your order, we will send you an email notification containing the invoice for your purchase. This invoice will provide a detailed breakdown of the items you have ordered, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and discounts. Please ensure to check your email regularly, including your spam or junk folder, to receive and keep track of your invoice.

SEPA, IBAN, and BIC Explanations

To provide you with a clear understanding of certain terms related to bank transfers, here are explanations of SEPA, IBAN, and BIC:

  1. SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area): SEPA is an initiative that enables fast, secure, and efficient euro-denominated bank transfers across countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It simplifies cross-border payments, allowing for seamless transactions between different EU and EEA countries.

  2. IBAN (International Bank Account Number): IBAN is an internationally recognized standard for identifying bank accounts. It consists of a unique alphanumeric code that helps ensure the accuracy and security of bank transfers. The IBAN includes information such as the country code, check digits, and the customer's bank account number.

  3. BIC (Bank Identifier Code): Also known as the SWIFT code, the BIC is an internationally recognized bank identifier used in financial transactions. It consists of a unique alphanumeric code that identifies a particular bank. BIC codes are commonly used in international wire transfers to ensure the correct routing of funds.

Understanding these terms will help you navigate and provide the necessary information when making direct bank transfers or international payments.

Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have any further questions or require assistance regarding invoices, payment methods, or any other related inquiries. We are here to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for you.
